We
drill our people to constantly think at all times as
to making sure the customer knows all of the options
available on the products they are looking at. Make
sure you take extra measurements to give the customer
the best possible look, and make sure you go over all
the options for the particular window they are trying
to dress. |
Try whenever possible to
deliver more than we promise. Try to go out of your
way to WOW the customer because just pleasing
them may not be enough for them to tell their friends
and family about us. |
Is
Like No Other Company In The World. With over 300
people contacting us to say how wonderful and great we
are, some of them putting articles in the newspaper
about us, and picking up the tab for the publication,
we must realize that nobody tries harder than the

customers. We must, day to day, remember what these
