She scheduled an appointment with me, she called the day before my appointment confirming that Vito would be at my house as scheduled. The day of my appointment Vito texted me to inform what time that he would be at my home. He arrived exactly on time, Vito was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He want over everything with us, was extremely helpful. He made recommendations on colors and styles and never tried to force us on a sale or up charge us.
