Manufacturer Warranties

One of the many things our customers love about us is that we’re a full-service company. Our service includes dealing with the manufacturer on your behalf if you have an issue with any of the products we sell. But manufactures “Lifetime Limited Warranties” don’t cover everything. Most cover certain things for a limited time and they charge us administrative and shipping fees. Garden State Blinds does it’s best to keep our customers happy. Many times we have serviced customers at no charge even if the product is not warrantied. But sometimes we do need to charge a reasonable service fee to cover our costs
